We are excited to announce a new ArtPlusOne event as we introduce our first Meet the Artist Evening, featuring Silvana LaCreta Ravena.

Ravena will be exhibiting her new” Interdimensional” Series and she will detail her process by doing a DEMONSTRATION throughout the evening. Guests will have a chance to participate in a RAFFLE to win her demo painting. All proceeds will go to THE WARM (www.thewarm.org).

A former practicing clinical psychologist, Silvana infuses her work with psychological concepts and ideas. Memory, the passage of time, and connection to the inner-self are concepts within her work that she hopes stimulates viewers on a deeper level. Her work brings viewers in with their bright multiplicity of colors and layers.

'ArtPlusOne' exhibitions are an ongoing series of events which pair art works from the gallery with a 'guest' artistic format in a way that enhances, or is inspired by, the other. This thoughtful interplay of mediums allows us to see both art forms in a new light, and offers the viewer a fresh appreciation from their unique fusion.
