Art Consultation
"A sincere artist is not one who makes a faithful attempt to put on to canvas what is in front of him, but one who tries to create something which is, in itself, a living thing."
Auguste Rodin
Art is our passion and our consultants are here to listen to your creative needs and logistical requirements, helping you to find the perfect pieces for your spaces. We have a diverse range of artists that we represent and we'd be delighted to introduce them to you.
Visit us at the gallery and we will help you explore the artists' works that challenge your imagination and fit your personal style and budget. We will present you with a selection of pieces from various artists that the gallery represents and inform you of each individuals' unique background and techniques. After all, knowing the fine detail is often what makes the art so interesting!
You could also view a selection of each artist's works online, in our Artists section of the website. Tell us what styles you like, the colors you are drawn to and sizes you are looking for. We can put together a portfolio of works from our wider collection for your to peruse at your own leisure, on-screen, at home. Of course, we'd love for you to see them in person at the Gallery too, so please book an appointment where we can present each piece to you so that you can get a real sense of the art.
Art on Approval
If you find pieces that you are interested in, but can’t quite imagine how it will look in your space, we can organize for you to take the art out on approval for a few days. We often find being able to 'live' with the pieces for a short time allows you to make the absolute right decision. Because the art you acquire should be art you absolutely love!
Commissions
Finding the right piece to fit a space or your color scheme can sometimes be a challenge. In these cases, we work closely with artists to create a bespoke work that will be perfect for your requirements. This process can feel intimidating, but we create a brief together with our clients which is then given to the artist for the to work from. In progress compositional sketches can be made available as well as color palettes, and then we must give the artist their space to bring the work together from their intuition which we cannot control but understand ‘completes’ the art . The whole process we believe should be one of excitement, anticipation and enjoyment!
